Hello, lovely people! Just wanted to share this beautiful roller set I did last week! This client wears a tapered haircut and usually gets it pressed. She wanted to try a style that would make it through the heat and unpredictable rain so we did this lovely rod set!
She only had to sit under the dryer for about 45-50 minutes and has a lovely set that will last her almost up to 2 weeks! I used a combination of (from the bottom up) yellow, pink, grey and purple rods and Kera Care setting lotion. After rods were removed, I separated the curls with end of a rat tail comb! Simple but beautiful!
Hope you like this cute style! Thanks for stopping by!
Greetings, all! I did a follow-up video to show you day 3 of my heatless perm rod set. This is my favorite point of the style. It is nice and full with wild and free curls here and there! It’s low maintenance and the look lasts until I am ready to wash it. I simply maintain it daily by applying some coconut oil or whipped shea depending on what my hair needs!
Hello, Lovelies! I wanted to share my most recent perm rod set with you all! I’m getting a little better each time with this video editing stuff so I hope you all enjoy! I am starting to enjoy doing this so there will be many more videos to come! Subscribe to my channel on YouTube!
Hello, again! Just dropping in to share this hair style I created for this lovely young lady starting her 1st day of kindergarten! Styles for the youth are simple but so super cute! Check out this cornrow and 2-strand twist combo!
This is a quick and simple style that can be worn by all ages! I may try it on myself when I take these braids out! This look can last up to 2 weeks and only requires a light oil on the hair and scalp as needed!
Hello, Lovelies! I did a couple of Havana twist styles that I wanted to share with you all! There were each done with different types of hair to give a different final result.
This look was done with kinky bulk hair. It took 10 packs of hair and about 4 hours to do! The style will last her about 4-6 weeks.
This look was done with X-pression kanekalon hair. It took about 4 packs of that hair to complete this look. She should be about to wear this look for 4 to 6 weeks as well.
Both of these looks can be shampooed. I recommend doing an ACV (apple cider vinegar) rinse after cleansing to reduce lint buildup around the base of the braid. Maintain them by applying oil to the scalp after shampooing and as needed. a light conditioning spray would be great to nourish the ends of your hair in the length of the braids.
